Brian’s practice involves the litigation of large loss property subrogation matters. He handles matters involving fire losses, product defects, and construction defects, among others. Brian handles claims from the initial investigation and, in conjunction with consultants and experts, advises clients as to the potential of recovery.
Previous to joining de Luca Levine, Brian gained significant litigation experience in complex commercial litigation matters, including insurance coverage matters. Brian also represented individual clients in personal injury claims. This prior litigation experience has provided Brian with the experience of dealing with all types of cases, both large and small, and provided Brian with numerous opportunities to advocate for his clients in court rooms and in arbitration proceedings. Brian prides himself on treating every case and client with the same attention to detail and personal attention, no matter the type or size of the claim.
