With an extensive background in product failure cases, he has a deep understanding of the mechanical and electrical sciences that play a role in achieving success. Rich also has vast experience in suppression system losses and commercial building collapses.

Rich has handled coverage, premises and contractual matters as well, and has argued before state appellate courts. By taking an active role in the investigation and evaluation of new losses from their inception, he ensures they are handled in a thorough and accurate manner.
