Patrick is an accomplished trial lawyer who concentrates his practice on large-loss property subrogation, with a particular focus on product failures, contractor negligence, construction defects, explosion and fire claims. He has successfully litigated multimillion-dollar property subrogation cases nationwide and currently serves as national trial counsel for several clients, advising on litigation strategy, risk management, and complex settlement negotiations across multiple jurisdictions.
Earlier in his career, Patrick practiced at two leading Philadelphia law firms, where he represented international and domestic product manufacturers as well as major insurers in high-stakes product liability and complex insurance matters. This extensive background in product liability defense has equipped him with a unique understanding of manufacturers’ litigation tactics - knowledge he now leverages to secure favorable results for his subrogation clients.
Patrick has been named a Pennsylvania "Rising Star". He is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) and is a frequent lecturer on subrogation issues and the prosecution of property damage claims.
Patrick earned his Bachelor of Arts with honors from The Catholic University of America and his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law, where he distinguished himself as Business Manager and Articles Editor of the Widener Law Review. He went on to earn an LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law, further strengthening his expertise in the financial and regulatory complexities often underlying large-loss claims.
Recognized for his strategic approach, courtroom advocacy, and ability to manage complex, multi-party disputes, Patrick is trusted by clients nationwide to protect their interests in high-value property loss and product liability litigation.
