NFPA 1033 requires fire investigators be highly educated in the proper methods and techniques of evidence documentation, collection, retention and preservation before conducting fire investigations. This seminar serves as continuing education and training for professional public and private sector fire investigators. Attendees learn the practical importance of properly documenting, collecting, retaining and preserving evidence in a variety of settings - from catastrophic explosions to small dwelling fires - and are introduced to advanced techniques through examination of real subrogation cases.
